Hello Lucia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to obtain the information you needed and that your experience with both our website and court records search did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to access accurate and timely information, especially in situations like the one you described. Occasionally, certain records may be limited, delayed, or temporarily unavailable due to system outages or restrictions from external data sources. However, this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We would also like to inform you that your account has already been refunded by our agent. Kindly allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to continue improving our services. Sincerely, Thamya Voice Of Customer Specialist www.courtrecords.us +1 833-922-2315

Hello Daniel, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that our service wasn’t as helpful as you expected. While some information can be found on free public sites like Indiana’s MyCase, we try our best to provide accurate information. However, our records are from different public sources, and we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of the report. To learn more about where we get our information, please visit https://courtrecords.us/terms/. We want to make things right. I have checked your account and rest assured that one of our agents has already refunded your monthly subscription for $24.95. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account moving forward. Sincerely, Thamya Voice Of Customer Specialist www.courtrecords.us +1 833-922-2315

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you were dissatisfied with the report you received. There could be multiple reasons why a person or records may not be available within our system. Among the most common are: ·The individual's record has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state. ·Our search coverage areas include over 2 Billion Records but not all states and counties offer digitized records it may be helpful to check our coverage areas. ·Due to federal and state laws this type of data is not available for public access. Additionally, we source our information from records made freely and publicly available by the state, local offices, agencies, and departments. Data may contain errors and omissions due to legal state restrictions that are not in our control, we hope you understand. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with. Have a great day ahead, and stay safe! Best, Lovely Voice Of Customer Specialist www.courtrecords.us +1 833-922-2315
