It was not clear after my purchase that there was a subscription involved. I only knew about optional upgrade. Only after re-reading email upon seeing the charge did I see the small print. On a good note your rep was very understanding after several appeals. I would've used the service if the info I needed was in the report. Thanks for trying.
Response from CourtrecordsOct 19, 2025
Hello Vinh, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for your 5-star rating. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the subscription details and appreciate you taking the time to re-read the email. Transparency is very important to us, and your comments will help us improve how we communicate these aspects moving forward. We’re glad to hear that our representative was understanding and able to assist you with your appeals. Please rest assured that we have already checked your account and processed a refund for the monthly subscription as requested. Thank you again for giving our service a try, and should you need assistance in the future, we would be happy to support you. Have a good one!
