the online from my computer was horrible for 3 days I tried to cancel but would not let me said my email was wrong and the reCaptcha was not entered correctly keep saying could not send my messages were wrong not so this morning i talked a human being SHE WAS WONDERFUL!!! she resolved the issue and all my info was correct she was pleasant and friendly I will always call customer support and talk to a human being give credit where credit is due the anget was GREAT

Customer Service was great they cancelled right when I called. And also gave me an option for a cheap one time fee for 1 whole year with unlimited searches. Definitely recommend.
