I thought a crazy ex was going to serve me and I’m glad I got this and was able to make sure I was ok without having to go straight to a lawyer who takes forever to reply. Also funny seeing some past “cases” I’ve had. Thank you guys for keeping these up to date!

Dexter was very kind to me when I was frustrated about being charged when I was unaware. He was professional and empathetic with me. (But I was nice and easy to work with under the circumstances). His customer service skills were 10/10. I gave only 4 stars because I wasn’t refunded when I was possibly hacked. I think if there’s no activity after the “trial” the customer should be able to ask for the whole amount back. I don’t remember signing up at all. The name was my first husband from over 20 years ago. I’d never ask for info about that marriage. Who knows.

Hello Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recognizing Dexter’s professionalism and empathy. We’re so glad to hear that he was able to provide kind and understanding support during a frustrating situation — we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding the charge and the account details. We completely understand your concerns and appreciate your suggestion regarding trial activity and refunds. I have checked your account and rest assured that Dexter has already refunded (4) of your monthly subscription for $19.95. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account. Thank you again for your review and for giving us the opportunity to improve. Have a good one!
