Be careful of reoccurring billing.
Response from CourtrecordsNov 23, 2025
Hello Donald, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for any frustration caused by the recurring billing. We offer free reports through a 7-day trial, as clearly stated on our checkout page. It explains that the trial will automatically convert to a $24.95 monthly subscription unless canceled. Customers must also check a box confirming they’ve read and agreed to our Terms and Billing Policy before completing the order. We want to make things right. I have checked your account and rest assured that one of our agents has already refunded your monthly subscription. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, we’re here to help. Sincerely, Thamya Voice Of Customer Specialist www.courtrecords.us +1 833-922-2315

I used this site once and without knowing it, signed up for a monthly subscription. I reached out to let the team know, and they very quickly cancelled my subscription as well as issue me a refund. I will definitely use this site again if I need court records in the future.
