Excellent all round service starting with Kate (Knutsford store) who did not leave a stone unturned in helping us select a new lounge suite and secured a prompt delivery to Anthony and Matthew who delivered the two sofas with great courtesy, carrying, handling, unpacking with utmost care and respect to our property. I always visit the shop in Bath to order furniture as I find them incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When I ordered the chest of drawers I was not prepared to pay a much higher delivery charge to have the furniture taken upstairs. So when Bobby and Marino offered to unwrap and take away the packaging I was delighted. Then they offered to carry the chest of drawers upstairs for me. What great service.
