Great service from first walking into…
Great service from first walking into the shop to receiving my furniture. The furniture is well made and beautiful. I am absolutely sure it will last a long time. We did have one item damaged but a quick phone call and arrangements were made for Jamie from Emmiera Group to visit to make it right. By the time he had finished no one would ever know it had been damaged. Jamie was polite and professional. As we had so much furniture ordered we had 3 different deliveries. This was not a problem at all as we were kept upto date all the time on dates and times. What was also fantastic were the delivery drivers, all very polite, professional and very helpful. Anthony E and Tom A were fantastic. It was a pleasure to meet them and all the team I meet during my deliveries. I will definitely be a customer for life now.
