Planned a pink & white cow girl party for my 6 yr old. ordered the costume and hat from here. The hat was perfect the costume was the wrong color. Customer service rep states they have no control over that and cannot guarantee the color I choose is the color that will be sent to me. This is ridiculous. Now I have to find another costume and pay for expedited shipping because the party is next week. I already have all of the pink and white party supplies. I am so disappointed.

I had some confusion over the circumference of a helmet I was planning to order, and contacted support. The listed circumference was 23.5", but me, being an idiot, didn't know what the quotation marks stood in for. The employee I spoke to said that it was in fact 23.5 cm, which is the size of AN ORANGE. That was a letdown. I then assumed that it was 23.5 inches and ordered 4 helmets. I got through everything else pretty smoothly, and the helmets came in 6 days. I am returning the helmets and will update my review when it is complete.

I ordered my costumes on October 6th for guaranteed delivery by the 14th. Well, the 14th came and went without so much as a tracking number. I tried to call the company but could not get through. I sent multiple emails with no response. Finally, I got an email saying it was delayed and would ship soon. For a week, they kept saying that. Finally, three days before halloween they told me that there was an inventory issue and they were canceling my order. Long story short, here it is November 9th and I never got my refund!! I called today and their phones are working again, spoke to a young man and he said that the money would be refunded now and back in my account in 2-3 days. Why didn't they refund it before when they said they would?! Probably they were hoping I would forget and they could keep my money!! These guys are total scam artists, this is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, and it sounds like everyone else has the same experience. Don't waste your money, stay away!!!

I ordered my costume in October, it arrived with a broken zipper. I asked for a replacement. they promised me it would arrive in a few days. I never received the replacement at all. had to wear a costume with a broken zipper!!!! boo!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone! Website ad: Halloween 2015 costumes - guaranteed delivery. Not sure where they got that advertisement idea from. Placed my order first week of October with guaranteed delivery by October 22. Checked my order online to find no change in status. Numerous phone calls over 30 minute hold times each, (if you were lucky enough to not be disconnected) and was never connected to a customer service representative. In addition to the calls, sent three emails with still no response. I understand it's a busy time, but your business is Halloween costumes. Why are you in business if you can't provide Halloween costumes to your customers? If you cared about customer satisfaction you would staff appropriately. Thank you to Costume Express for the non existent guaranteed delivery that leaves children with no Halloween costumes.
