Not All Experiences Are Bad
I bought a costume....before reading the reviews (bad decision overall)...after reading them I got freaked out that my order was going to be late and was going to be in terrible condition, however, it was simply not the case! It did seem to take a few days for my order to process so I contacted customer service to make sure everything was okay. The young man I spoke with (Jay) was very helpful and polite. He assured me everything was good to go and my costume would be on time. I never did receive a shipment confirmation email, but I was able to track my shipment on their site with my order number. I received my order on the guaranteed date and its in GREAT shape. Especially for the price!!! I will absolutely being shopping with them again!!
