I have a pair of Jose Pro with a Grey nose piece. That nose piece has failed 2 times now, the rubber degrades and leaves 2 very sharp metal pieces exposed that will cut or stab you. I have pictures to show that it is nothing but product failure. They will not repair them but will charge me 1/2 price for a new pair that will last a year maybe. I will be taking my money to Bajio I have been a Costa fan for a long time and have bought many pairs of glasses from them. Not any more sad to see your quality go to the toilet along with customer service. I already went through customer service! You don't have the parts to fix it so you gave me a voucher for 50% off a new pair. Why buy more failing glasses at $277.00 a pair without any kind of warranty on FAULTY NOSE PIECE. Do better!

I ordered a pair of sunrise silver prescription online. I called to confirm everything about the order before placing the order online. Received the wrong colored lenses today. I called them and they told me they don't carry sunrise silver in prescription. I confirmed the order on the phone before placing it. So now it's 6 weeks for a return of $700. They are an unorganized company with unqualified employees who barely speak English.

Very expensive and didn't even last 2 years. My glasses fell 3 feet off a table and the frame broke. Do yourself a favor dont waste your money on these glasses that don't last as long as $15 gas station sun glasses.

I love this brand. All the products are great, and the quality of the lenses is excellent. Costa is my go-to, and the customer service is outstanding.

Costa no longer stands behind their products. Arms broke off 2 of mine, (Jose & Dieago) with very light use. The old Costa woud repair. Not any more. Lenses stil great......For this kind of$ $$ you would think it would be coverd.

Good quality, fast shipping, wish they had more frame sizes

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses that I was hoping would replace a pair from a different brand that I’ve had for years. When I received them the black frame looked like it had been partially buffed off. Other than that I loved them and almost kept them but I knew the discoloration would bother me. I spoke with customer service and was told that I could return them and wait for a refund. I had already waited a while for these to arrive now I’ll be waiting again if I reorder them. For the price and quality of these glasses I’m surprised this glaring flaw in my glasses was overlooked. Otherwise absolutely beautiful glasses.
