Bought a nice pair of polarized prescription sunglasses only for them to come with TWO DIFFERENT COLORED lenses in them. You expect quality from high end sunglasses, but never thought that they would be incompetent and putting two different colored lenses in them. If you’re looking for two different colored lenses and paying $300+ for them - then this brand is for you.

Great Company. Nice quality. Not overpriced!

Very disappointed!! I turned in a claim because my husband's glasses just broke in this hands while he was trying to put them on. Frame broke completely causing lense to fall out. After sending them the pictures and receipt they required, they come back and said it was not covered. I tried to respond to the email several times and it keeps getting kicked back. We have had several pairs each and will definitely be looking into another brand for sure.

Worst customer service I have ever received. They advertise sunglasses and what case they come with but sent the incorrect one then proceeded to tell me that “I need to learn what a mistake is.” Then the customer service rep told me that I was lying about an Amazon policy that I told him about comparing customer service. He was so rude that I decided to return the item. Costa will never receive another penny of my money. Thank god calls are recorded.

No one puts out a higher quality product than Costa. and NO ONE stands behind their product like Costa. Service, quality, reliability, and warranty are second to none!

Got my prescription sunglasses. Absolutely the best. Extremely easy thanks to Tom. I even had a small problem which was rectified with no issues. All you need is your latest distance prescription. Why I haven’t done this sooner I don’t know. Thanks again.

I have always had costa glasses but will never again. I broke down and bought a pair of King tides which I paid $350 for and they were terrible. The frame broke and the nose piece completely fell off. I tried to Warranty them but was told that it was normal wear and tear. I had them less than a year. Buy Maui Jim, they are better glasses and will ALWAYS honor there warranty.

Costa dose’t honor their warranty. After spending $260.00 on a pair of sun glasses the rubber came of the frame after a year and a half. Costa said that was to covered by Warranty. The glasses a very good the Company is not.
