I paid over $700 for a great pairprescription pair of their TICO turtle shell sunglasses less than a year ago. The flexible rubbery material lining the temple arms (the long piece from the hinge to around your ear) bowed out away from the rigid arm around where the frame touches my temple. Costa stepped up to the plate and are providing me a replacement pair. Costa has a great warranty coverage.
