Sent in my prescription sunglasses because the frames broke down. They were in constant contact at this time and knew they were prescription glasses. I was sent back a non prescription set. I called and texted right away asking them where my prescription lenses were and they stopped responding all together just ghosted me. I’ll never have my friends or family ever buy a pair of costas again. So I emailed them they answered offered to send me a new pair but then they said the prescription was out of their range. Though the original pair was not , not sure how this is. So I told them to just send me a regular pair and they have ghosted me again. Don’t trust this lifetime warranty they offer! Update 2 - so they sent me another pair of plain sunglasses no prescription. This was to try and make up for the lost prescription one. So I can say they did try. Though their communication is terrible I have to give them a better grade.

Only thing wrong was did not receive the sticker this time .
