This site really sucks for trying to order replacement lenses for my Half-moon Bahama Blue Fade. I enter my email and password only for the site to kick back and say it's wrong! Then I try to register as I am new and it says I'm already registered. What happened to you. How do I get replacement to lenses for my glasses? Or do I buy another brand?

My problem was solved immediately through the chat service online.

Great service in a timely manner

I recently ordered prescription eyewear directly from Costa Del Mar and I couldn’t be happier with my order. While my order was under a processing status (about a week after the prescription was confirmed) I reached out to inquire about how long it would take to arrive. I was told it could take a few weeks and I expressed how my eyes were straining. I read site plans for a building department and I was really struggling to get passed the blur at times. The rep escalated my order and shipped later that day. Talk about customer service! The quality of my glasses are great and couldn’t be happier. Writing this review on my phone is blowing my mind as I’ve never used glasses before and it looks so sharp and focused. I compare it to 4K lol. Thank you Costa team for pushing these out to me sooner than the norm. I greatly appreciate the effort.

Costa basically stole money from me. I returned $800 worth of glasses and had a tracking number to prove the glasses made it back to them. They then did not give me money back after waiting for 8 weeks and contacting customer service 3 times. Today, I contacted customer service for the 3rd time and still do not have my money back. Costa STOLE my money.

Fantastic After Sales Care/Warranty Customer Service! One year and three months after purchase the nosepiece broke off my glasses. Quick and efficient dealing with them online. Very understanding and empathetic about the issue. They confirmed my pair was discontinued that I could choose a new pair. I returned the old and in the meantime they shipped the new. New pair out to me within 5 days. Could not have been a better experience

Customer service was awesome. I had an issue which they immediately resolved.
