I’m trying to order repair parts for my two pairs of Costas. A lense on each pair broke. I went and bought a new pair last weekend, but if I would’ve known the hassle of trying to talk to someone about repair parts or sending them I would’ve went back to Maui Jim glasses as they aren’t near as hard to deal with for there products. For the price of them you would think they would have better customer service.

I have been wearing Costa sunglasses for close to 20 years. I am extremely impressed with the level of service and commitment provided by the customer service representative during my latest communication. She was very considerate and helped me every step of the way. I wish that I had written her name down so I could include it in this review. I would not purchase any other brand of sunglasses. Thank you for being there for me.

Fast shipping, Came a day early!!

It seems like your company is actively trying to not take returns. I cant get anyone on the phone, it wont let me log in even when I change the password like I forgot or something , then still wont let me log in. This is the worst experience for the most expensive glasses that fell apart. all the rubber fell off and frames are peeling. 2 seasons on the water. They wont return glasses anymore. I have 2 chat conversations copied and they wont repair or accept? What is going on? Not on the phone and wont let me finish my repair for service claim? Reporting this to the BBB immediately and so is the GM of the store here they were purchased.
