I am a Costa customer. The product engineering is the difference maker for me. I reached out to request repair on a pair of glasses. Through chat I was offered warranty. The agent was so easy to work with. Very surprised the 8 year old glasses were under warranty. Who does this. I’m a Costa fan for life.

Greetings, the whole process was very easy and fast, but the tracking information from the carrier was poor in updates and slow, everything else was very good; They arrived well packaged and in good condition, thank you.

Arrival time was sooner than expected. Can't go wrong with any Costa sunglasses.

Four attempts to get through to customer service and no luck so far. Click on Warranty tab and it directs you to another Costa site and my password is told to be incorrect. Reset three times same problem. Unbelievably bad customer service now. Used to be good.

I absolutely love my Costa del Mar. The vision and fit are perfect! It was easy to order and arrived promptly.
