This company is quick and easy to communicate with. I even made a typo on a name (due to an autocorrect in my phone) that I did not notice. They quickly resolved the issue and re-imaged the certificate. I have been completely satisfied and pleased with them!

I wish I could give this company zero stars, they are terrible! Do not order from them. I never received my order even though it said it got delivered. I contacted their customer service and had about 15 messages back and forth with the representative because they are so stupid. They are not helpful what so ever and barely speak English. I never got my order and when I requested a refund they said I need to figure out where my package is and that they can’t refund me. Unbelievable.

Absolutely loved the gift. It was very elegant and was just what I wanted. The only complaint I have is it took so long to get. The communication with the company was very poor. Overall the product was excellent

We are quite happy with the process. The certificates had minor damage in the corner due to shipping. When I called customer service, they were very helpful. We bought the star for our first Grandchild.

Dear Lisa, We found the review you had left about us on the Trustpilot. We were absolutely overwhelmed to see the wonderful things that you had to say about our customer support and an easy ordering process. Sorry that your order had a damage during the transportation. We can get you a resend if you email to us your order number and specify the reason of the re dispatch. Hope that the star for your fist Grandchild will bring joy to your family and I wish you to have more stars like your Grandchildren. Hope, that you and your family are in good health. Best Wishes, Cosmonova team

Easy to use site and I like the option of being able to print my own certificate. I bought the star as a Christmas gift for a special child in my life, and I can’t wait to see his face when he opens it!
