Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I paid for a star map. Never received it. Was supposed to be emailed a copy as well immediately that I paid extra for and nothing. No response 3 days after getting a simple we will be back to you. Very unhappy.

Very amazing this blows my mind I never knew you could actually do something like this very easy process with something like this pretty soon there's not going to be any stars left I'm actually about to register about five more stars you can get them you can have them as presents birthday presents surprise presents also something for fallen heroes that will forever be remembered loved ones that have passed and the whole family can remember them nieces nephews grandkids everyone can look up at this and see amazing experience to be able to do something like this looking forward to many more stars registered I am actually about to do one right now

We ordered 2 stars
We ordered 2 stars, the certificate only says one. Then the interactive message shows that the web page doesn't exsist.. ok no big deal right.. So I try to call customer service to see what went wrong and how to get it fixed... when you call it days all representatives are busy and to leave your number then just hangs up... as of now we are extremely unhappy with our experience! We spent over 100 for this..

As well it is very important for us to give the best service. Please, let me explain to you a few misunderstandings that have happened while your ordering process. As you have ordered a Binary Star package in the description you can see that it is a system of two gravitationally connected stars orbiting around their common center of mass. Double stars are a great choice if you want to buy a star for two people, and even better for celebrating people who have a special connection. The coordinate of the star is single while the name is double. Your interactive link is not working, that is why the QR code is not generated correctly. We do treasure our customers and believe that we can solve this issue, please get back to us as soon as possible.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, buyer beware. I ordered a certificate for a grieving friend and it never arrived. Customer service has been responsive but far from helpful. What I ordered was never delivered, I have Ring video of the day they say it was delivered and no delivery was made, I have the USPS delivery que for the day which shows no delivery made. Cosmo says it was hand delivered to a person, well my friend was not handed anything and they want me to pay more money for another certificate. The customer should not be punished for something their shipping company didn't deliver on. I would steer clear of this company, I am disputing the charge with my CC company.
