I am very satisfied with CosmoNova. This is the Second time I have ordered a Star and Both times I have received The Products in a timely manner. One of my Best Friends lost her daughter and now she has her Shining Star Always Watching over Her. It is very touchy, so lovable. Thank you very very very much. It means a world for me!

Dear CosmoNova! We are so happy to be your customers. Thank you for giving this unique opportunity for people to have an eternal gift. The Customer service was great. I messed up my order and they gave me a promo code to redo it. We registered a star for my beloved daughter and it was very pleasing to see her smiling. She was actually surprised. We wish you guys to keep up a good work.

I bought a star and payed for both digital and a physical delivered copy. I still am yet to receive anything and it is way past the amount of estimated shipping days. My tracking still says it’s in Ukraine not even shipped. I have tried contacted their customer service and I’ve gotten no email reply and when I call their service number it just rings and rings then hangs up. Feel kinda scammed.

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your review. We are very dissapointed that you feel this kind of experince using our services. The order has been send the very next day after your purchase as well as the track number. Unfortunately, we can not influence the work of the post office and as the world is in pandemic state it slows down the delivery speed. You always have the opportunity of the express delivery. Please, reach us any time by the phone number below Customer Service +1 332 900 6321 We are happy to hear you and to solve any questions you have. Thank you, Best Regards

Cosmonova has the most unique gift anyone can ever buy to show how much some people in one's life stand out as blessed amazing friends, family etc. I literally reached for the stars! The Public Relations is absolutely professional and caring. I'm a mess when it comes to technology and I made a mistake. I explained I forgot to ask for the Certificate with star name and the Cosmonova star map. They contacted me asap and sent me two invoices so I could receive the items! I'm so elated with everything! What a glorious, unique gift! I'm not well to do but by golly I was able to get something literally out of this world for special people! Thank you for everything. Sincerely Nicole Zabik

Very easy to purchase a star and take your money when you go to look for your store it doesn’t seem to exist you get a certificate that you’re supposed to print out for almost $60 not mailed to your house on a beautiful piece of piece of paper trying to contact customer support several different ways and nobody responds I did this for my kids I definitely would not recommend wasting your money basically you can go on Photoshop and make exactly what I purchased for $60 a piece of paper that has no connection to the stars literally took out a telescope to find the star that they told me would be named after the name I gave it in the star does not exist

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your opinion. Regarding the purchase, there is an option to choose between the print version and digital one. If you choose a print version, the company makes a delivery of the beautiful star certificates up to your door. As well you can always choose the star from the constellation that is visible from your location. Therefore we have zodiac star packages or regulations of the star brightness, visibility from the telescope. Our customer service informed you how the star can be checked in the Star Register and provided you all the required information regarding the product. If you feel that we need to give you more information, please contact us by email that will be answered in 24 h or call us by the number +1 332 900 6321 We are always ready to help you. Best Regards, CosmoNova team
