I'm scared, I want to buy a star for my boyfriend but all those negative comments are making me hesitate

I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response. Plus the phone number doesn’t work either

I needed a refund and i still havent heard back i want my money back

Emailed them about a few days ago still waiting on a response. More concerned about getting a confirmation on my order. Spent almost $90 so would really appreciate it. Other than that, the website is really easy to understand. Still debating if this is a scam or not tho so guess we’ll wait and see.

Absolutely loved the gift. It was very elegant and was just what I wanted. The only complaint I have is it took so long to get. The communication with the company was very poor. Overall the product was excellent

Took a week before I even got my confirmation email, which they said I would get within an hour of ordering. Still have not received my certificate. Overall not very impressed.
