I ordered an item LED Drawing Board on 12/15/2025. It hasn't arrived. All they send me is "Track your package" emails. That info is wrong. It says either "delay in transit" or "denied delivery" I can't get correct information and my requests for a refund go unanswered. Another SCAM!! Beware of this company!!

I would like to put no stars for this company. I too have tried without success to return my purchase of the lumi board. I also ordered the large one and received the small one. It is flimsy useless and a waste of money. How can I go further with this? Surely with the amount of complaints something can be done. It states 30 day money back.

Very disappointed in my purchase. I ordered one board, saying it was on sale for $39 with free shipping, guaranteed it would come before Christmas. Right after I purchased, the amount said it was in USD and that there was a shipping fee. It came to almost $100. I was so disheartened. I reached out right away as on their site it said if I were to contact within the first hour of purchase they could cancel my order. I reached out to customer service and hadn’t heard back back for days. After I heard back, they had told me it was too late as it was already shipped out. My tracking said otherwise (that it was still pending, it didn’t get shipped out until a week later) I asked if they could send me a slip to return the item but they said I would have to pay for it and that they don’t do that. Fast forward, I got it almost 4 weeks later (2 weeks past Christmas) and it’s not great quality. I wiped the first marker scene we drew and the paper towel scratched up the plastic board. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 of these lumi-boards. I will just have to swallow this loss, as I’ve read the reviews and realize my mistake. I DID receive them today, and I have to say…..VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! Does NOT light up like neon at all!!! My 7 year old plugged hers into the wall and the cord got so hot it started to burn!!! So I had to throw all 3 of them away for fear of house fires starting due to cheap wiring. Not good. Do not order from this site. A total and complete waste of money and a rip off!!!

Just received the board with no directions and the board has scratches on it. I tried writing on it with the markers that come with it and when you "erase" them the image is still there. In other words it doesn't come completely off! Was going to request a refund but after reading the reviews I guess I will just accept my loss. Do not buy this product, it is cheaply made and very very low quality. Terrible!

Horrible experience. Ordered a board on November 21 for Christmas present. When I attempted to track my shipment the website was gone. Arrived January 3. It is flimsy and needs a cord attached at all times. I found it difficult to erase drawings. It could not be worse.

Scam. Do not order from this site

Frustrating experience from the delayed shipping to misleading product description. Ordered the printed sheets for an extra $20 and after repeated emails stating “included in shipment”, the prints were digital downloads. They were never actually received and then upon requesting a refund due to the confusion, was told they are non-refundable. The large screen is much smaller than you think and the product is poor quality with stains left behind when you wipe it clean. Beyond disappointed that this was printed on Today show and others as a top toy/gift.
