Love the product, however, when it arrived, both boxes were in very bad shape. I first thought the product may be damaged, but it was not. I can't wait to have my granddaughter record a message. Very unique gift.

Feels heavy, good quality! Super adorable to record and see what your kids want to say (we had to do many takes because my 2yo kept saying merry Xmas poopoo) and I’m so excited to keep one for us, will be purchasing for the grandparents too!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I purchased 3 trees, only one worked. I asked for them to send me 2 more and they did, but those didn’t work either. The original one that worked, didn’t when I tried it again. They wanted me to send videos, so I did, but I could only send like a 15 second video to prove myself. They then required more videos after I said refer to the original bc it was the exact same problem. It caused much grief for my kids who were excited to record. The YouTube videos are great. Not in real life. Waste of time and money. DO NOT order. How disappointing.

If you want cheap crap, then this is it! Poor quality for sure and looks it! And don’t even start with shipping as it took over 50 Days to get, damaged, and absolutely no response from them after a dozen inquiries. They should not be allowed to sell anything in the USA just ripoffs!

Worst company to order from and false advertising. I ordered a video snow globe and got a Christmas tree with voice recording option and tried to return it they refused the refund and told me to pay shipping to return it to China. Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone else!

It arrived before Christmas as it said. The idea is really cute and I’m excited to see my kids reaction to hearing their dad’s voice while he’s deployed overseas.

So I ordered 2 and after a 20 day shipment one arrived with broken glass. The 2nd one was unbroken and is a Christmas gift so we’ll see

This lumiboard is a very disappointing product. The flimsy stand doesn't work for young children. The board always needs to be plugged in to work, which limits where is can be used. The screen is impossible to keep clean. The wiping cloth is unusable after cleaning the screen a couple of times. Little hands become filty. It's very messy & requires adult supervision. An adult is needed to hold the board in the stand. Finger prints show on the board. The only good thing is the colors are nice and bright and look cool in a darkened room. This product ships from China and returns must go back to China. Too much hassle to try and return. I would suggest looking for Lumiboards with better reviews.
