If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I purchased 3 trees, only one worked. I asked for them to send me 2 more and they did, but those didn’t work either. The original one that worked, didn’t when I tried it again. They wanted me to send videos, so I did, but I could only send like a 15 second video to prove myself. They then required more videos after I said refer to the original bc it was the exact same problem. It caused much grief for my kids who were excited to record. The YouTube videos are great. Not in real life. Waste of time and money. DO NOT order. How disappointing.

If you want cheap crap, then this is it! Poor quality for sure and looks it! And don’t even start with shipping as it took over 50 Days to get, damaged, and absolutely no response from them after a dozen inquiries. They should not be allowed to sell anything in the USA just ripoffs!

Worst company to order from and false advertising. I ordered a video snow globe and got a Christmas tree with voice recording option and tried to return it they refused the refund and told me to pay shipping to return it to China. Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone else!

This lumiboard is a very disappointing product. The flimsy stand doesn't work for young children. The board always needs to be plugged in to work, which limits where is can be used. The screen is impossible to keep clean. The wiping cloth is unusable after cleaning the screen a couple of times. Little hands become filty. It's very messy & requires adult supervision. An adult is needed to hold the board in the stand. Finger prints show on the board. The only good thing is the colors are nice and bright and look cool in a darkened room. This product ships from China and returns must go back to China. Too much hassle to try and return. I would suggest looking for Lumiboards with better reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Within 3 minutes of placing my order I requested to cancel it. I received an email back that stated I could cancel the order or have a 15% refund. I requested to cancel the order. The following day the order was shipped and when I reached out to the company they stated the order was already shipped and there was nothing they could do. They want me to wait to receive the item then discuss a return. This company is a SCAM.

Broke within a couple days

Was totally not as pictured. It was so pitiful I threw it away. Don’t buy!

I was very disappointed with this company. I purchased one tree and was offered a discount if I purchased another, so I pressed the button to buy one more tree and next thing I know I was being charged basically full price and I was charged for two trees instead of one. With the currency conversion, this was a very expensive purchase plus I only wanted one tree!!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone, as I feel they are a 'rip off'.
