Cosmetics RX was very helpful. It works around my busy schedule. Melissa was very helpful, understanding, and all around pleasant. The website was pretty simple to navigate through and I love that I can pause and restart my prescription whenever necessary at the push of a button.

Cosmetics is A SCAM! I bought it on GROUPON and paid to try the product. They have horrible and unreliable customer service. I’ve had to fight them for going on three months!! Finally my Groupon went through then they charged me $60 for shipping ( was included in the Groupon price) then I had to cancel my card bc they charged me an additional 499! After fighting with Groupon here now a month later. They gave me a new Groupon code to re-do the process. They charged me again! Another 299! Scam scam scam. Shame on Groupon bc they continue to allow it!! Stay away from the headache and repeated unauthorized charges!!

I did the intake with a doctor online and was charged $90 for medication that never arrived. I emailed them and messaged them through their system. Someone replied A MONTH AFTER MY INTAKE. They said I'd be getting a tracking number soon for my order. Another person said they were processing my refund. And another person said they were freezing my account for one year. I never got a refund and they deleted my entire account (I can't even log in).

Melissa made everything very easy and has great customer service.
