I have had a great experience with CosmetixRx. They processed my prescription quickly and the support team was very responsive and helpful.

Cosmetic RX was able to complete my medical review and send me out my RX within 2 business days. Unlike some providers, they did ask for photos and labs, which helps me have more confidence. My Tirz is coming from a 503A pharmacy. Overall a smooth experience.

The ease of getting the initial trial prescription was pretty painless. But, it was supposed to just be a trial to see if I wanted to continue receiving it. After the first $45 dollar charge, I tried the medication and decided it was not working for me. But 3 weeks in to that 4 week trial period, they charged my card again for $179 without authorization. They just decided at some point that my trial was now $179/ month prescription. When I contacted them about this, they said they would refund $20 dollars (which they never did) of the $179 and that was all they could do because the shipment was already in the mail. I just contacted my credit card company to dispute the unauthorized charge and they confirmed that no refunds of any kind were issued. No one ever answers the phone at their phone number. They tell you to email them which I have repeatedly and have gotten zero response. Very unscrupulous company. Buyer beware!

The process has been really seamless and easy, communication has been clear and quick. Signed up on Saturday, prescription was approved on Sunday, Monday it was ready to ship. Great prices as well!

The process was super easy and quick, when I spoke to the company everyone was very nice. The website is easy to use and the prices are lower than most other websites I've seen, plus they offer discounts!
