WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Expect to hear back from them in a week, not 24 hours like they claim. File a bad review on BBB and they’ll get back right away though. Their tirz is great, but as a company they suck.

Got my glp 1 in just a few days and it was cold packaged well! Great experience! Also sent nausea meds and this is the first company to send. I’ll be using them in the future

Sent UNSAFE Medication, NO RESPONSE
I was sent a vial of tirzepatide that was not sealed correctly. The lid was crooked and wobbling upon arrival. The lid fell right off the vial of medication and was exposed to air. This is not sterile and is unsafe to use per FDA guidelines. I contacted CosmeticRX both via email, attaching pictures of the issue, and also through their messaging portal. They refuse to respond.

Company ghosted me after first shipment of compounded GLP1…
I have no complaints as a new consumer with them. Quick response, fast shipping, thorough directions and responsive customer service team with real people. Thanks for a great experience! Update: after receiving their money and request for a trust pilot review they have ghosted me. Which isn’t reliable when seeking GLP1 treatment. Company ghosted me after first shipment of compounded GLP1… Which raises a lot of questions regarding the integrity of the medication.

Seamless and Great Customer Service
Purchased Groupon on Sunday, by Monday my Rx was approved and by Tuesday - ready to ship. Process thus far has been seamless. Melissa was very friendly and answered my questions during the consultation. Happy customer!

Super easy
I've done this before with another company so my review will be fair. It was super easy to start. I just joined and intake was simple, questions were as expected and you can't beat the price. Some things to know...You call, they call you back, no big deal. It's auto renew unless you pause or cancel. Good luck in your weight loss journey.
