I have never been more disappointed in a service. I am in healthcare and understand the inner workings and this company has failed repeatedly with zero customer service basically and late shipment… absolutely a disgrace and don’t use them. It’s a mess and don’t waste your money. I actually switched to a more expensive yet incredibly responsive amazing company I’m so happy with due to the lack of any real structure or customer service with cosmetic rx. It’s a total sham. Bottles and supplies not labeled right it’s a disgrace. Do not waste your money. It’s not worth a penny of your hard earned money

She helped me update information and even placed it for me while on the phone!! We had a wonderful conversation about the product. It was the first time I received that fast of service. Melissa customer service skills is why I will continue to be a patient. And the products are fabulous also!
