I had been having some issues with cosmeticrx and had reached out to my “team” and was getting nowhere. I finally sent an email out to customer service and received an immediate response from Melissa who took the time to understand my concerns and without hesitation handled and solved my problem within 24 hours. She is the only reason why I didn’t take my business elsewhere. She was kind and took care of everything fast and went above and beyond. Thanks Melissa!!!

My experience was everything of amazing. I emailed inquiring about products and I received a response less than 24hrs!! I received a callback as well. The conversation was informative and helpful! I originally purchased a Groupon for GLP1- for this company. The process was smooth, the product arrived in a timely manner. I did have some difficulties with customer service after that until I was lucky enough to reach Melissa, she was an absolute pleasure to interact with. The process with Melissa was smooth, communication was clear and everything was handled professionally. Melissa is truly an asset to this company.
