I ordered a stainless steel firepit cover on a Wednesday. The cover showed up the following Monday...super fast! Free shipping and the item was packaged very well to prevent damage in transit. I would definitely shop with Cornerstone Mantels & Fire again.

If you can order online you won't have any problems. They are a good company with trustworthy products, and they get the product out of the warehouse very fast. On two separate orders they called me back several days later after leaving them a message. In each case, I had already ordered the item online. I even had tracking numbers. In short, I will continue to order from Cornerstone but only online.

Other than a lack of documentation which may or may not be necessary, most people will figure out what to do fairly quickly. Quality and workmanship is excellent. Pricing is the lowest I could find.

I placed a order before Christmas and I haven't recieved it. I spoke with a man 2 weeks ago that said they would ship out next day. still no package.

The folks at Cornerstone are AWESOME! They delivered my order and reduced the shipping costs saving me about $60. What a great experience! I've been in the direct marketing business for 35 years and I've not ever had such a great delivery. Thank You
Robert
I ordered the wrong unit, they replaced it no charge but billed me twice, once for each log unit. Second unit arrived in pieces. The delivery timeline was slow to arrive and I had to ship back the damaged unit. At which point, I cancelled my order all together. After verifying the return delivery of both units to the distributor through UPS I still did not receive a credit for two charges of over $900 each. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. NEVER again!

Hi Robert, You ordered a logset on our website and ordered the wrong fuel type for your existing fuel source. Under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we replaced the logset at no charge. We shipped the correct logset (again at no additional charge) and your reported it was received damaged. We then processed another new replacement order (again at no additional charge) and you refused the shipment. You have been refunded for your new order and the refused shipment. However, we have emailed you numerous times requesting the tracking information for the set you said you returned that was damaged. We have no record for this return. There was a return authorization issued for the original order. However, it was never received. If you have the tracking information for the return we would be able to investigate further. Thank you
