I have not receved my order from over a month ago.
My order is very late. It has been over a month since I placed the order. It is very difficult to contact you through your web site. I have been very dissatisfied with my experience. I expect my order to be delivered immediately or a full refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The wind guard in your order was out of stock. So, the order was placed on back order until new inventory was received. A shipping notification email was sent to the email address on the order on 5/13/16. The items ship from California so there is a 5 day shipping time from the warehouse to you. Your order is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday 5/19/16. We can't post the tracking as this is a public forum. However, we resent the tracking email to the email address on your order. Great Customer Service - The Best!
i ordered 30 pounds of fireglass and due to a miscommunication the wrong product was sent. Cornerstone rectified the problem swiftly and beyond my expectations. i subsequently ordered 200 more pounds from them at their best on the web price. thoroughly satisfied !
