Not impressed with prosesing time before shipping takes place.

If you can order online you won't have any problems. They are a good company with trustworthy products, and they get the product out of the warehouse very fast. On two separate orders they called me back several days later after leaving them a message. In each case, I had already ordered the item online. I even had tracking numbers. In short, I will continue to order from Cornerstone but only online.

Received fire pit wind guard, with different dimensions than quoted when i spoke with sales person. i am returning.

The key I order is a little to small , but that was my fault I was not sure what size it was , besides that all was good ,

We were in the market for a friend's birthday present and thought a small fireplace would be a great fit. After several phone calls and messages, someone returned my call and answered my questions. We placed the order about a week before the birthday figuring it would come in time. 2 weeks went by and we did not receive the package. Then we received a phone call that there was an issue with the warehouse and finding the products. We then received the product nearly two weeks after that. In total we waited nearly a month for the delivery. We were very late with his present. That was unfortunate.

The price and service was great. We did however have multiple glass beads literally blow up/explode while we were enjoying our fire pit outside. No the most safe, we do have a large amount of beads and out of the total amount approximately 3-4 beads exploded.

Because of a shipping error from your supplier, we received the products we need extremely late. Being a landscape company we had a couple of angry customers.

Great Price - however quantity in the order was totally wrong! Only 10% of the order was received and I had to call back Cornerstone to correct the order. The additional fireplace glass was sent about 1 week or more later.
