Granted my experience resulted from my request to receive a Benefits Commencement Package. None the less - a big deal to me. The package was received timely. While very routine, I did have some questions. I spoke with a very polite and helpful lady named Britney. She was patient and thoroughly answered my questions. I did not feel rushed as if she was on a calls per hour quota. Sometimes if you let people help you, instead of trying to control the outcome based on your wants, you may be surprised at the outcome. Again - my interaction was not some high dollar event. Nonetheless, the Corebridge rep I dealt with was willing and able to assist me to my satisfaction.

I have never been treated with such disrespect as Corebridge Financial. They are rude and condescending. I helped a family invest his hard earned money with this company and what a total mistake. Because I am this family members' POA, I had to deal with these people if there was a need. They are also horrible with any interest earned for my family member's money. Also, I had tried many, many times to log on to their site and start a portal so I could print off the most recent statement. I needed this information to help my family member apply for Medicaid and other federal programs. Their tech department never did know enough to help me with this simple request. Then they made me justify that I was indeed a POA to my family member not once, but twice. They didn't seem to understand that once you are a POA for someone, that doesn't change unless you decide not to be the POA or you die. They were useless and could not grasp my continued annoyance with them. Then at the end of each conversation, which, did not help me in the least, they had the gall to ask me if there was anything else they could help me with. They are ridiculous and rude to a fault. I finally transferred all my family member's money out of Corebridge into a legitimate investment company.

Worst customer service ever. My cash withdrawal was deposited in the wrong checking account and no one at Corebridge noticed. It took a one hour long phone call from me to get them to acknowledge the error . I am currently on my seventh day and third phone call waiting to receive a supposedly overnighted replacement check delivery.

Horrible!!!!! How this company is in business is beyond me. Shame on AIG for selling my annuity to this awful company. I have been trying since June 10th to pay off an outstanding loan on my annuity and withdraw the remaining balance. Customer service reps have given me misinformation over and over again. They do not know what they are doing. I have spoken to a supervisor (I think) 3 times now and they don't seem to know what they are doing. Crossing my fingers I can even get my money from these con artists. Major training is needed by the entire company.

It was an absolutely horrible experience. Terrible client service and unstated costs. Infinitymetrix is what I suggest instead. They provide free withdrawals, prompt service, and other features.

Filed death claim after my father's death. Rep said he was going on vacation and his "wife would be mad". Stated help desk not helpful. Claims " lost in the mail". Sent communication to an email other than my own. Sent claim forms with policy numbers on them to an address my brother vacated 12 years ago, despite being repeatedly given correct info. Finally got payment, 5 months after my father's death. Will only invest $$$$ with institutions I can meet with face to face. Do not use these people, ever.

Sent in completed and signed Annuity Withdrawal Request form. Printed all the pages, including instruction page, just so nothing was missing! Receive back in the mail a notice the delivery method page was missing. Absolutely impossible that is was not included with original mailed in request. Based on reviews posted, this appears to fall in line with the experience of others who have left reviews.
