Website and app “down for maintenance” 26 hours after posted it would be available after “maintenance the previous 22 hours. Of course, no customer service on weekends and now asking us to choose new security questions. Probably locked all customers out now by being “unAble to access security questions. Customer service is pitiful to not available.

Horrible customer service. As a result of misinformation given to me by a customer service rep - information that i questioned rep about - funds were withdrawn from my checking account (I had been told the transaction was cancelled) causing be to recieve bank fees. The process of getting the funds returned has been an extra hassle. I don't trust the customer service side of this organization. BEWARE. I am told my refund will be expedited. I have a hard time believing it. A company is only as good as it's worst employee - From what I encountered, this company needs to do some retraining!

Disgusting and unethical behavior regarding insurance payouts. They have delayed and made an already difficult time even harder. They will not update you, I had to call them and only then did I find out they needed additional documentation and when I asked why they had not let me know, they said they do not contact customers. Then lied about not having a physical address to send express mail to, I had to find it on the website and confirm with a different representative. It’s been a month and they have still not paid out this claim. It’s despicable. I will be seeking out legal representation if necessary and filing a complaint with the attorney general as well.
