This company has a subsidiary called American General Life Insurance. They are a horrible and unethical insurance company. They do not answer phones and send you on a Merry Go Round when you call customer service or try to file a claim. You would have to be insane to do business with them.

The Corebridge Financial staff is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful to me in every contact that I make with them. I highly recommend this company in every way!

No Answer - I have tried to process two loan requests from a life insurance policy and it has been over a month. I have called, and they said they need more time or I wait on hold and then get disconnected. I have tried NUMEROUS times to email over the portal, and I keep getting an automated response that "they need more time to research", but I hear nothing back. One person I spoke to stated they have the forms, and they will be processed, but nothing is happening. Will be contacting SEC. This is a life insurance policy with cash value I am entitled to borrow against. So frustrating. Would give zero stars if I could.

No one there has an answer. Gave me crazy resolutions. No reps are offered to discuss what your policy is or how it works. It is definitely not what was sold to me. Quite dishonest

I can't recommend strongly enough to NOT get your insurance here. It's basically a Hotel California policy as you can never leave...It requires 2-3 days worth of your time to cancel the policy and it is set up to auto-renew at exorbitant rates and you need to hit cut-off dates which are near impossible because they need two months to get the paperwork filed....I'm paying $1,500/month now for life insurance I've been trying to cancel for over a year now....and NO ONE has the authority to cancel it...Good luck if you are already in

If I could rate the customer 0 stars I would. It has been over 3 months and over 5 telephone conversations and my check has not been received. Each call I'm transfered to numerous people telling me that the check has been cut. This is not a reputable business to handle financial investments. Lonnice Hammond

Everytime you talk to a rep its a,different story. ano mo one ever calls or emails back including supervisors I revised rating after they got back to me. They need to coach reps better in record keeping and rules.
