i have been wearing these flatback pieces for quite a few months and I am in love with them, they are so cute, i've got lots of compliments and flatbacks are comfortable and not irritating my sensitive piercings at all... I have 14 of them! i also love that you can choose your own size and change the bar easily. will be placing another order soon

Ordered a push pin labret earring only worn for 2 days and the top has broken off leaving the pin inside the back. Have emailed them no response so £22 wasted. Should have checked the reviews here first.

Real titamium earrings. Caused no reaction in my sentitive ears. I bought 2 pairs from them at two seperate times. Highly recommend.

The pieces look pretty good, however, the craftsmanship is seriously lacking. One of the earrings is constantly backwards as it dangles and it is impossible to get straight. More importantly the threads don't hold. I spent $27 on a single earring and the thread didn't last a week and it fell out of my ear. When I emailed the company they said "you must understand, we are not responsible for you losing jewelery". I didn't do my proper research,this is all just drop shipped garbage from china. Again, looks fine, is garbage, customer service is non existent.

I ordered some earrings from this company, specifically some hoops and studs. Firstly the studs were meant to be clear and they were white and not shiny at all! Secondly the hoops were so small that they would never fit my lobes! The size of the hoop is smaller than a 5 pence British coin so it may fit on a toddler or a doll. I decided to contact customer services to see if they could help me return the earrings for a full refund and they stated due to hygiene reasons it would not be possible which is completely understandable. She also mentioned that I should have read the sizing chart before purchasing but surely if there are no size options available and a grown adult model has these earrings on you’d roughly get an idea of how the earrings are in size before purchasing. So my conclusion is.. the pictures are incredibly deceiving and the quality of the earrings are super cheap so you’re better off getting your earrings from other brands such as With Bling which cost a fraction of the price and are hyper polygenic. It may be that the pictures are edited or the model is just wearing bigger and better quality earrings. I would like to mention that the earrings look like they’ve been bought from Temu or Alibaba and sold for a significantly higher price. Please do not waste your money here!

Terrible, constantly fall out, fiddly to get in! Brought quite a few, majority of them so not screw in properly. Don’t buy!

My order arrived pretty fast, the piercings are nice BUT they are really complicated to put alone. The piercing tip is too small/short, and it is difficult to fix the first part to the other. I think it's due to a defective design, compare to similar products from other brands. Due to this, I won't order again.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered over a month ago and received dispatch confirmation by email on the 29th September 2024. I have used the tracking provided, but it says the courier is still waiting for the package. I chased it up middle of October and was told it hadn't been dispatched as it was out of stock. They said it was now back in stock and they'd dispatch it straight away and send notice via email that it had been dispatched. They also promised it would arrive in 5 - 8 business days. I have never received an email confirming dispatch and it's now 10 business days and nothing has arrived. They are full of lies and don't seem able to deliver the service they promise. Stay well clear!
