I got a beautiful pair of earrings that went great with my earring stack. However, some of the gems ended up falling out. I emailed customer service about this issue and they were extremely helpful and were able to send me a new pair for free. But the second pair's gems also fell out, much faster than the first pair's. Again, customer service was extremely helpful and gave me multiple options to fix this issue. I opted for store credit. Every other piece of jewelry I have gotten from them has been great, I just had issues with this specific piece, and the customer service has been great.

Processing and shipping is pretty slow, but so far the pieces I've purchased look really good, and I can tell the titanium ones are in fact titanium (or at least, aren't surgical steel/nickel, as I would have had an allergic reaction fairly quickly). I've only had them for a couple of days so I can't speak to longevity yet, but my first impression is positive. Customer service is also very responsive.

Nice quality products and extensive range. Although, multiple of the piercing I ordered have a ridiculously small screw. I can’t use any of the piercing because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in. I have tried for 2 days. I even have small fingers and good vision lol. Also multiple piercings doesn’t have length measurements on the website, which is weird when you sell piercings where measurements are a pretty important detail to know before you buy.

Great customer service. Pieces are a bit smaller than expected but still very beautiful. Shipping took pretty long (around a month) which is why I only give 4☆ Otherwise very satisfied with my experience.

When I first ordered there was an item missing. After contacting them they sent a replacement. I was skeptical to order again but loved the pieces so much I placed a big second order. No missing items and they even sent the order in a nice jewelry box! Very happy with my purchase! Will order again!

I ordered several push pin earrings and had some trouble with two of them, and the fronts got lost. I contacted customer service who was quick to replace them for free. Outside of the issue with the two earrings, I love my other earrings and have ordered multiple times. My ears are very sensitive, and have never reacted to their jewelry. I wear my studs 24/7 for months at a time.

They have a lot of choices, and the jewelry are beautiful! The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that for some jewelries, the preview doesn't let us see the size of the earring on the ear. Other than that they are great !
