The jewellery is stunning! However one of the pieces of my order was sold out, the seller kindly agreed to replace and include a free gift. The order took about 16/17 days total up arrive which was a huge downfall. When it did arrive the packaging was cute- but they did miss a part of my order! After messaging they agreed to replace it but out seems like there is no refund option. Great communication though.

My order arrived pretty fast, the piercings are nice BUT they are really complicated to put alone. The piercing tip is too small/short, and it is difficult to fix the first part to the other. I think it's due to a defective design, compare to similar products from other brands. Due to this, I won't order again.
