The quality and design of their jewelry is gorgeous, so start there. Even better was the customer service. When I brought up an issue I was having they were so quick to respond and did everything they could to help me. Absolutely a customer for life.

Outstanding quality of jewelry and customer service. I placed an order before and loved that I could easily track it and it arrived even a few days before it was supposed to. The jewelry is exquisite and fits and looks amazing! I actually use some of them for my nose ring! Also I placed my second order yesterday and needed to amend it, it’s the first time support was actually able to update my order and charge me the extra so easily before dispatch. Usually youd have to cancel the whole order and wait until you get a refund, but in this case Amanda provided exceptional customer service. Cor Bloom, I am rooting for you and sending lots of love!

Poor construction. Stone fell out of setting after a month with light wear. It’s happened twice, again on the replacement. Customer service does not stand behind the product and will not replace, they only credit you shipping so you can spend your money again. The same issue will arise. I thought it could be back luck with the earring on the first one. But when the replacement broke after a month, it’s clear that it’s not quality construction. Such a waste of resources all the way around.

I have thrown away every piece I’ve ordered so far. My clickers broke off the hinge immediately. The gold on my conch hoop has already started chipping after 12 hours of wear. They claim it’s 18k gold PVD plating on titanium, but I can 100% promise you IT’S NOT. Do not buy!!!

Schöne Schmuckstücke aber weder Rückgabe noch Ersatz! Ich habe mehrere Schmuckstücke bestellt, der Versand ging etwas länger, was ich aber erwartet hatte. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit für Retoure, sodass man auf den teuren Teilen sitzen bleibt. Zudem passen die Herzflatbacks nicht auf alle Pieces, nicht einmal auf alle 925er Silberstücke, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Somit habe ich diese völlig umsonst bestellt und konnte sie eben nicht einmal zurückschicken, obwohl ich sie auf keinstem Wege hätte tragen können. Außerdem haben alle Schmuckstücke verschieden große/breite Gewinde. Dadurch kann man die Labrets nicht tauschen, um in der Länge zu variieren... Desweiteren kam eines der Piercings abgeknickt an und als ich es zurückbog, brach es ab und konnte nicht mehr verwendet werden. Daraufhin schrieb ich dem Kundenservice und musste regelrecht hin und herdiskutieren, bis ich Ersatz erhalten habe. Auch dieses Stück hatte dann ein Silbergewinde wie Gummi. Andere Silberstücke waren stabil? Alles, was ich aber zum Tragen behalten habe, passt gut, keine Probleme und sieht schön aus. Dennoch würde ich nicht mehr unbedingt dort bestellen.
