Instead of providing the same experience to everyone, it develops a private, encrypted understanding of your individual context, communication style, recurring patterns, and personal journey over time. Your conversations remain within your account and are used to help your Twin better understand and support you. We can also see from our system data that your account was active for 5 days, and during that time no personalized Readings were generated and no Deep or Practical Sessions were started. These features are an important part of the overall experience, as they're specifically designed to help users engage in deeper reflection and more structured personal growth, and also develop and improve your personal AI Twin. That said, we fully recognize that different people are looking for different things from AI, and we're sorry that our product didn't feel like the right fit for your needs. Raffaele, Stiamo lavorando attivamente per tradurre completamente l'intera esperienza e il miglioramento del supporto linguistico rimane una priorità per il nostro team. Al momento, alcune funzionalità come Sessioni e Letture non sono ancora disponibili in tutte le lingue nell'app iOS. Tuttavia, la versione web di COPYMIND supporta già completamente tutte le lingue, incluso l'italiano, in tutte le sezioni del prodotto. Comprendiamo perfettamente quanto possa essere deludente quando un'app non sembra completamente localizzata, soprattutto quando ci si aspetta un'esperienza nella propria lingua madre. We completely understand that, from your perspective, reaching out shortly after purchase felt like the right time to request a refund. The reason our refund policy requires users to spend some time with the product before becoming eligible is that an AI Twin learns and adapts through ongoing interaction. Many of the app's key benefits develop over time rather than during the first few minutes of use, which is why we encourage users to give the experience a genuine try before deciding whether it's the right fit for them. That said, we sincerely apologize if our communication around this process felt frustrating. It was never our intention to make you feel unheard or pressured into continuing.
