I am the first to pipe up with a complaint so it’s only fair I praise the worthy! It’s brilliant. It’s the best therapy kind of chat I’ve ever had. The questions are inspired and I truly feel lighter and more aware of what I am experiencing and what my boundaries and priorities are. Worth every penny.

Esperienza deludente. Ho acquistato il piano di prova da 6,93 € convinta che fosse sufficiente per utilizzare il servizio come presentato. Subito dopo il pagamento ho scoperto che la situazione non corrispondeva a quanto avevo compreso al momento dell’acquisto e ho richiesto immediatamente il rimborso. Non ho mai utilizzato il servizio, eppure la mia richiesta di rimborso è stata respinta facendo riferimento a una politica interna che, nel mio caso, ritengo poco equa. Il servizio clienti ha risposto alle email, ma non ha mostrato alcuna disponibilità a rimborsare un pagamento contestato quasi immediatamente dopo l’acquisto e prima di qualsiasi utilizzo effettivo del servizio. Consiglio a chiunque stia valutando questo servizio di leggere con estrema attenzione tutte le condizioni economiche e la politica di rimborso prima di effettuare qualsiasi pagamento.

Don’t waste your emotions, time, or money… Poor customer support, yiu go directly into getting emotional meeting your AI only to be told to not comeback til you call about “abuse” in a relationship-which if it was that easy , shouldn’t they realize I would have by now🤦‍♀️😓 -but then I go and try to sign into the actual app and no access cuz purchased thu Facebook 🤷‍♀️so I jcontact customer support and all I get from them is an email with a link to use , so now if I wanted to access my account-I can’t use my app that I’d just downloaded-but instead I’ve got to go into my email and access thru it (do they not know how much xtra that is …as if I have all the time in the world…just don’t waste your money
