What a disappointment

What a disappointment. I had this for two days. It seemed to be going well with the AI twin. The readings are a joke it pulls them up, and at the end it has questions you can click on and read further responses to guide you. Well when you click back off of the question to go back and read another the whole reading disappears. I went back to the readings section too , but I can't even find the two readings that I did. Support was AI that apologized and asked me to try certain steps. After that failed I stated I wouldn't do anymore. They gave me additional energy, so I went and did the second reading to have the same thing that happened yesterday happened again today. I stated that what I paid isn't worth it if I can't use all of the features they are supposed to provide to help you. I asked for a refund. I was told about a seven day policy nope I'm not wasting anymore time on this. What a disappointment I thought this was going to help me. Now I'm back to square one with no help. Waste of time disappointment. I'm really upset I needed this help thanks for nothing.
