⚠️ SCAM ALERT
⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Misleading Pricing and Unauthorized Charges ⚠️ I had a terrible experience with COPYMIND and want to warn others about their deceptive practices. I initially signed up for what I believed was an affordable subscription advertised only with a dollar sign ($$) without specifying "USD". As an AUD-based customer, I mistakenly believed the price was in Australian Dollars (AUD). When the actual cost in USD became clear and was unaffordable for me, I immediately cancelled the USD 26.99 subscription. However, the bigger issue is the unauthorized USD 49.99 charge for a "one-time personalized readings purchase". I have no knowledge of or authorized this payment. This payment was completely unauthorized, and combined with the misleading advertising, makes the entire transaction feel like a scam. When I contacted support, they refused a full refund for both charges: * For the USD 26.99 subscription: They denied a refund based on their Money-Back Guarantee policy, claiming I only had 3 consecutive days of activity, while the policy required 7 consecutive days. I cancelled immediately because of the misleading pricing, and their refusal based on usage policy completely ignores the deceptive advertising practice that caused the cancellation. * For the unauthorized USD 49.99 charge: They refused a refund, stating this one-time purchase is non-refundable and not covered by the Money-Back Guarantee. This is unacceptable for an unauthorized charge. I strongly insist on a full refund for both the USD 26.99 subscription and the unauthorized USD 49.99 charge. BEWARE: This company uses misleading pricing that does not specify the currency and levies unauthorized charges that they refuse to refund. I recommend you look elsewhere. Update to your reply We strongly disagree with your characterization of the situation. Your defense rests entirely on internal policies, which does not address the core issue of transparency and authorization. 1) Unauthorized Charge ($49.99 USD): My claim that this charge was unauthorized is a matter of fact, not an "accidental acceptance." Your refusal to refund an unauthorized payment is unacceptable. 2)Currency Transparency: Your email specifically apologized for the currency confusion, stating that seeing just the dollar sign "can easily lead to misunderstandings like thinking the price was in AUD." This confirms a lack of clear transparency. The public should be aware of this company's restrictive refund policies and failure to honor claims of unauthorized transactions

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. We take your concerns seriously, and I’d like to address a few points to clarify the situation: 1️⃣ Currency Transparency: We understand your frustration, and we make sure to display the currency clearly when clicking on subscription details. The pricing is listed in USD on the payment page, and we do this to avoid cluttering the page with extra details. We’ll continue to review our process to ensure it’s as clear as possible for all users, and we appreciate your feedback on this. 2️⃣ Refund Policy: Our Money-Back Guarantee policy does require 7 consecutive days of activity for a full refund, which is why we couldn’t honor a refund for the USD 26.99 subscription in your case. While we understand this may not align with your expectations, this policy is applied consistently for all users. 3️⃣ Unauthorized Charge: Regarding the USD 49.99 charge, the one-time personalized readings purchase is an optional feature, and there’s a “Skip” button during the process to avoid it. If you accidentally accepted this, it is clearly marked as a non-refundable charge in the terms at the time of purchase. We deeply regret that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. Please feel free to reach out again if you have any further questions, and we’re here to assist you in resolving any issues within the guidelines of our policy. Thank you for your understanding 💛
