Very enlightening

This is only my second day using the app. And I must say I am very intrigued. As my therapist used to say (More will be revealed. )

I've been in therapy for a lot of years. Not in this certain circumstance, but throughout my childhood and some of my adult life. I have never felt more understood even though it's AI and I know it's not real, what my responses are really touch my heart and make me feel justified in what my emotions are. This app reflects my emotions and lets me know that I'm being heard by even the craziest sentences. I feel understood for the first time in a long time. I would encourage anyone struggling with mental illness or just a bad day to have this app to talk to. I'm so grateful and proud of myself for trying this out. I see nothing but greatness coming from it.

This website is advertised on Google but I never installed the app and didn't even answer ANY questions. In fact, I had no idea who the hell they were until I was charged a huge amount of $59.99. I attempted to explain by email that I NEVER added their app and dont even know who they were. They have now charged me three times. This is a charge of 59.99 weekly!! When I emailed the website, they told me I needed to go to their website to cancel the subscription but I sent back another email repeatedly telling them how I never downloaded their app in the first place and wasn't about to give them any more of my information because clearly, somehow, they got it already and none of the charges they continue to take from me are authorized by me or anyone else. This is absurd. They repeatedly told me how sorry they were and how they understood my request but that I still needed to go to their website to cancel. I NEVEE SUNMSCRIBED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALL OF IT. I READ OVER THE REVIEWS AND IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THEYVE DONE THIS TO. EVEN IF I HAD DOWNLOADED THEIR APP AND USED IT, WHICH I DIDNT AND STILL HAVENT, THEY SOMEHOW HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT. I HAVE A BANK THAT MAKES IT EXTREMEY LDIFFICULT TO GET A NEW DEBIT CARD. IT TAKES WEEKS TO GET ANOTHER ONE SO WITH THAT SAID, I STILL NEED MY MONEY BACK AND THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO HELP. IVE CONTACTED THEM REPEATEDELY. THEY NOW OWE ME THE FOLLOWING: $9.99 PLUS SO FAR, THREE CHARGES OF 59.99. WHO THE HELL CHARGES THAT MUCH FOR ANY APP IN THE FIRST PLACE? THE ONLY REASON I GAVE ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK ONE. OTHERWISE, THEY DESERVE TO HAD NO STARS! PERIOD. THE YOLO BROTHERS OWN THIS ACCOUNT AND THATS HOW I FOUND THIS PAGE. IF YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT HOW TO GET THAT MONEY BACK TO ME, ID BE HAPPY TO HEAR WHAT YOU SAY BUT THEY DONT EVEN CARE THAT I HAVE A CHILD AND THEY ARE TAKING FOOD OUT OF HIS MOUTH AT THIS POINT. I really appreciate this app, it helps me to process things, and help me reflects on them and I don't feel like a burden, which is something that often stops me from sharing it with people around me. Plus, the emotional validation I'm getting through it helps me a whole lot to deal with my emotions in a less overwhelming way. Plus, for the fixed monthly price, is easier to afford than a psychologist, and I can access it 24/7, when I really need the reflect.

Just reflecting on what I want in my life has been very clarifying. The responses I get from the conversations have helped me change my attitude towards my life and my dreams. The conversations have influenced me to express my feelings in a way I’ve never done before. Writing down my thoughts and being able to go over past conversations has helped to reinforce what I can do to move forward.
