In your case, our team explained the refund requirements and the options available. Unfortunately, once PayPal disputes were initiated, we were technically unable to process a refund directly on our end — at that point, the matter must be resolved through PayPal’s system. We understand emotions can run high in situations involving money, and we’re sorry this experience escalated the way it did. We will continue to cooperate fully within the PayPal process and provide all necessary documentation to help bring this to a resolution. It was never our intention to cause frustration or distress.

In your case, we reviewed the charges and offered a refund for the first subscription period as a gesture to meet you halfway. However, once PayPal disputes were initiated, we are technically unable to issue refunds directly on our end — the case must then be handled entirely through PayPal’s resolution system. It’s not an excuse, but a platform limitation once a formal dispute is open. We genuinely regret the frustration and hardship this has caused you. That was never our intention.
