We’d like to clarify that we offer both a free trial and a discounted trial subscription. The subscription and renewal details are shared in the welcome email after signup and are always available in your account. That said, we’re truly sorry if this wasn’t clear during your experience. We also want to reassure you that we never deny a refund to users who are eligible under our policy, and even beyond that, we always do our best to find a fair solution. Regarding the setup, COPYMIND can be accessed both via web and app — but we’re sorry if that felt confusing or misleading in any way. At the moment, we were unable to identify your account in our system. If you’re open to it, please contact us directly or share the email linked to your account so we can look into this personally and help resolve the situation for you.
