Ho avuto un problema con l'acquisto indesiderato di contenuti aggiuntivi (avevo attivato una settimana di prova di abbonamento, il quale ha un addebito automatico) e appena ho cliccato sul contenuto aggiuntivo per capire di cosa si trattasse, essendo attivo l'abbonamento su PayPal, immediatamente è stato prelevato anche l' importo dei componenti aggiuntivi (che stavo valutando) dalla carta di credito. Mi sono rivolta all'assistenza che ha risolto tutto in pochi minuti, restituendo l'importo che non avevo intenzione di acquistare. L'app è innovativa, ha elementi notevoli, ma ho bisogno di provarla ancora.

There is no customer service in helping cancel my subscription. It keeps saying to cancel it on the app. There is no app.

This app finally explained to me what my wife is saying and what I'm missing. It also helped me understand myself. There are some nuances to using it. You need to write clearly and directly. Also, since chatbots are known to be sycophantic, if you try hard enough, you can force your opinion on them. But the app clearly protects against this as well.

The AI twin hears what your saying and leads you to the hard truths of the work you need to do on yourself in a gentle manner. I can see a path to treating myself as good as I have treated others in the past. I see my value for the first time in a long time.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD — Straight-Up Fraud & Refund Scam ★☆☆☆☆ I was charged $56.92 through Apple Cash for COPYMIND and they have spent the last three days deliberately stalling my refund. I gave them every detail…exact amounts, dates, transaction info, and my email…and their support (who is OBVIOUSLY just an AI) keeps sending the same scripted nonsense: “billing partner can’t find the charges.” This is a lie. These were direct charges from their app. I have screenshots and bank proof. They’re just hoping I’ll give up so they can keep my money. Support agent “Kayla Harris” (I call her k-AI-la) and their team are professional gaslighters. Zero accountability, endless excuses, and clear pattern of trapping people with small charges then making refunds nearly impossible. COPYMIND is not a legitimate company — it’s a scam operation dressed up as an “AI twin” app. Save your money and your time. If they did this to me, they’re doing it to hundreds of others. Stay far away. I will be filing complaints with Apple, my bank, BBB, Florida AG, and FTC. They deserve every negative review they get. — Kathleen, Miami
