My biggest concern/Pet Peeve is the fact that I did not realize I had signed up for the yearly renewal without realizing it. I had stopped using the service, but was charged another yearly fee. When I noticed the charge, I immediately followed Copygram’s policy to get a refund, but never heard back, nor did I get a credit to my card. I followed up with another email, and the only response I got was a 1-line email asking why I wanted a refund. I responded to let them know that I didn’t realize I had signed up for reoccurring billing, and that I no longer use the service. No response/No Credit. I feel they just want your money, and are not interested in customer service. So yes, they got a yearly fee out of me, and I haven’t used the product. Therefore, I want to stop anyone that I can from making the same mistake I made.

Total waste of time! They claimed on their FAQ that a VPS isn’t required, but that’s not true—you actually do need one. They lied. There's no trailing stop-loss feature, and no option to contact support from the dashboard. It’s really frustrating. I’ve been trying to request a refund for 3 days, but there’s no way to reach them. Even the email they listed on their website doesn’t work! Be careful, everyone.

We take accusations like this very seriously and want to set the record straight for all future customers: VPS Requirement: Our documentation is clear—Copygram does not require a VPS for all other integrations. The only exception is with Metatrader, due to Metatrader’s lack of an official API. This is stated openly in our helpdesk (https://helpdesk.copygram.app/en/category/General%20questions/article/do-i-need-to-use-a-vps) and was explained to you directly in December 2024. Misleading others by saying we “lied” is simply false. Support & Contact: You never contacted us about a refund after your purchase on May 3. All previous communication was about pricing, which you said was expensive for you. You never reached out regarding any issues after purchase, yet claim there’s no way to reach us. That’s not true—our channels are open and working. Regarding our refund policy, to request a refund, you should email [email protected] Product Usage: You used Copygram with our EA on Metatrader, and it worked as intended. If we could post screenshots of your successful usage, we absolutely would—but Trustpilot doesn’t allow us. Refund Demands & Blackmail: You threatened us with a negative review to force a refund, even though you received the product you paid for and used it. We do not tolerate dishonest behavior or blackmail. To future customers: Everything related to VPS requirements is transparently explained. If you use Metatrader, a VPS is needed for continuous usage—this is not hidden information. Our support is responsive, and we’re always available through official channels. Update : VPS is no longer needed with the new version of Copygram. Copygram is fully cloud based automation platform. Please read our helpdesk and reviews carefully before making assumptions based on misleading reviews like this. We value honesty and transparency; unfortunately, not everyone who leaves a review does the same.

I'm using Copygram to copy signals from Telegram to MT5, across different brokers, multiple MetaTrader 5 terminals, and several independent VPS setups — and I consistently face the same critical issue: TRADE_RETCODE_INVALID_PRICE (10015) This error originates from the receiving broker, but only because the trade is being sent too late or with outdated price information. Given that the issue happens regardless of the broker or VPS, it's clear the problem lies within Copygram itself — most likely due to execution delays or system overload on their end. I’ve asked support to investigate whether Copygram uses market orders, supports dynamic slippage, or is simply delayed in processing the Telegram signals — but instead of technical answers, I keep receiving basic error definitions I already know. To make matters worse, I’ve been told several times that the backend team would contact me via email, but I never receive any follow-up. No real feedback, no transparency. If Copygram’s technical team finally investigates this properly and provides a real solution, I’ll be happy to update this review. But for now, the service is not reliable for serious trading, and the support is too basic to handle anything beyond surface-level issues. 📝 UPDATE (08.04.2025): I’ve received a response from Backoffice confirming that they reviewed my case. The issue seems to be resolved now, as signals are finally being received correctly — although I’ll continue monitoring behavior over the coming days and weeks. That said, the first-level helpdesk remains insufficient when it comes to handling technically complex issues. If the service continues to perform well, I’m willing to revise and update my rating.

I am highly pleased with Copygram. My followers value it as it has allowed them to successfully mirror transactions from my Telegram group.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with CopyGram. The software was constantly buggy, making it almost impossible to use effectively. Even worse, the customer service was awful – they repeatedly forgot why I was reaching out, leaving me to explain the same issues over and over. Communication was nearly nonexistent; I was left in the dark about updates, and they didn't bother to keep me informed about progress or resolutions. If you're looking for reliable software and decent support, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Did I mention they will never acknowledge your refund request and instead try to redirect to another topic? Horrible experience, save your money and go somewhere else.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our system has been working perfectly for many users, including yourself, who even upgraded to a higher plan and took a yearly subscription. We acknowledge there was an issue with adding a Matchtrader account from a prop firm with a different configuration, but our team resolved it promptly. Your frequent use of our app indicates its effectiveness. Regarding your refund request, please refer to our refund policy. We strive to provide clear communication and are here to assist you in any way we can. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn't allow posting screenshots directly in reviews, but we are more than happy to provide any evidence you need through our support channels. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any remaining issues for you.

My experience with Copygram has gone from bad to worse. While I initially had some hope after receiving help from Tom, it’s clear now that their customer service (CS) is absolutely unreliable and unresponsive. I wasted $49 on a platform that could have been great, but their CS has made it an absolute nightmare. I encountered a JSON problem and account-setting issues that should have been resolved easily. Instead, I gave them more than enough time to get back to me, only to be met with complete radio silence. Their support team is practically non-existent, and when you’re stuck, you’re left to fend for yourself. To make matters worse, it seems like Copygram is also gaming Trustpilot. If they choose to report my review, it only further highlights the problem with Trustpilot’s Content Integrity system. Developers of this platform should be open to negative reviews, especially when their CS is this terrible. Ignoring real customer feedback only hurts them in the long run. Tom was the one bright spot, and if they had more people like him, this copier could have been viable for the long term. But as it stands now, the service is trash. Without reliable support, this platform is nothing but a waste of time and money. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away from Copygram. It’s not worth the headache.

Thank you for your feedback, but let's address the core issue here. It's crucial for users to have a basic understanding of trading before using platforms like Copygram. The problems you faced, such as setting incorrect TP and SL values, indicate a lack of foundational trading knowledge. We can't assist with every basic trading mistake, and our platform is designed for those who have at least a fundamental grasp of trading concepts. We appreciate Tom's efforts in assisting you, but it's important for users to be informed about what they are engaging in. We recommend users not to subscribe if they lack basic trading knowledge, as this is essential for using any trade copier effectively. Your claims stem from these basic issues, not from the platform's functionality. We are open to genuine feedback and strive to improve. If you have specific questions or need further clarification, please reach out to our support team. Understanding the basics will ensure a smoother and more productive experience with Copygram.

In light of recent developments, I’d like to update my review of Copygram. I’m happy to say that they went above and beyond to address the issues I initially encountered with connecting my MT5 account to my prop firm account on Match Trader. They successfully resolved the API problem, and although I had to choose a competitor due to the urgency of starting my trades, Copygram graciously extended their service to me for free as a gesture of goodwill, making up for the earlier frustration. I truly appreciate Copygram for taking the time to make things right. Thank you!
