I tried to us their middelman service but no luck. I tried to get the service working, I also opened a support ticket, tried everything they recommended but still, did not get it to work. The log entries are not clear enough for You to troubleshoot on Your own and the support often takes days to respond. After a month of trying, I told to support that I want my money back as the problems were not solved. This activated the support and i was promised that the service will be running in less than 24 hours. Now, after couple of weeks the support doesn't even reply. I advise people not to order any services from Copygram. You will loose Your money.

Horrible support and service
Horrible support and service. It took two months to tell me they would fix an issue, only for it still not to be fixed, and they refused to issue a refund. Incredibly buggy and frustrating experience overall. Do not waste your money and especially your time.

— Not fit for live automated trading, and they'll terminate you for asking why
Not fit for live automated trading, and they'll terminate you for asking why
I've had my Copygram account terminated without notification, apparently for running a latency audit against their public webhook endpoint to diagnose the execution issues I was experiencing. No warning, no response to my outstanding technical queries, just silent termination — after I'd submitted a detailed, reproducible bug report.
Webhook infrastructure can't meet TradingView's timeout. TradingView alert logs show constant, numerous "delivery failed – timeout" messages. Measured cold-start response times of 3.3–5.5 seconds (1 in 3–5 requests) exceed TradingView's webhook timeout, so deliveries get marked "failed" while the order silently completes anyway. That mismatch is the root cause of phantom duplicates and orphan positions on the broker side.
Unreliable audit trail. A single close event logged four "Ticket Closed" entries. Either uncontrolled internal retries or broken logging — both unacceptable for live trading.
Non-responsive support, then silent termination. Response to my detailed bug report was "we are looking at this," two weeks after I raised it. No follow-up. Instead of engaging with the technical issues, they closed the account.
Other issues surfaced along the way as well. For anyone trading real capital — especially on prop firm rules where drawdown and phantom orders have immediate financial consequences — I'd look elsewhere or build a direct broker integration. A vendor that responds to diagnostic questions with account termination is not one you want sitting between your signals and your broker.
Update — response from Copygram
Tom from Copygram has replied, and I want to address it publicly for anyone reading this review.
Before getting to the specifics, the framing matters. This service sat between my trading signals and a funded prop firm account. The phantom duplicates, orphan positions, and execution slippage caused by their webhook infrastructure resulted in real, measurable financial losses — not inconvenience. The reply treats this as a customer service misunderstanding to be smoothed over with a free month. It isn't.
On the account access: The reply states my account was not terminated, but rather affected by a platform upgrade and team restructure. Whatever the internal mechanism, the customer-facing reality was identical — silent loss of access during active trading, no notification, and no response to two weeks of outstanding technical queries about issues that were costing me money in real time.
On the technical issues: The reply says "the webhook flow has been improved and everything should now work smoothly." None of the specific, measured issues I documented were addressed — cold-start latency of 3.3–5.5 seconds on 1 in 3–5 requests, lack of webhook idempotency on signal_id, synchronous order placement before HTTP 200 acknowledgement, or the duplicate log entries that produced an orphan position on a funded account. These are the failures that caused my losses. A vendor taking the matter seriously would respond to them specifically. Vague reassurance that things are now "smooth" is not a response — it's a deflection.
On the offer: I was offered a refund of my subscription fee and a free month of service in exchange for removing this review. The subscription cost is a rounding error against the trading losses caused by the platform's execution failures. Conditioning even that small refund on removal of an honest, evidence-based review is reputation management, not customer care — and offering inducements to remove reviews is against Trustpilot's own guidelines.
I've migrated to a direct broker integration. The review stays, and my 1-star rating is unchanged. Anyone considering Copygram for live trading on funded capital should weigh the response above carefully — both what it addresses and what it conspicuously does not.
Response from CopygramAug 12, 2026
Tom here from Copygram. Your review deserves a substantive reply, so this one is longer than usual.
All four were fixed on 3 May 2026:
- Cold-start webhook latency of 3.3–5.5s on 1 in 3–5 requests, exceeding TradingView's webhook timeout: Confirmed. The ingress was running on on-demand serverless with no warm capacity. We moved it to a provisioned warm pool, so cold starts are eliminated at the infrastructure layer rather than mitigated. Execution now completes in ~20ms; p99 is [145ms] across [2.1M] requests over the last [30 days].
- No idempotency on signal_id: Implemented. Incoming webhooks are now deduplicated against signal_id within a [10-minute window]; duplicates return HTTP 200 with an explicit ignored status, so TradingView stops retrying without us placing a second order. This was the direct cause of the phantom duplicates you saw.
- Synchronous order placement before HTTP 200: Reworked. Ingress now acknowledges in ~20ms, queues the order durably, and places it asynchronously, with order state reported back over a separate status callback. This closes the failed-in-TradingView / completed-at-broker mismatch that produced your orphan position.
- Four "Ticket Closed" entries for a single close event: Root-caused to [a missing deduplication key on the internal event publisher, which fanned the same broker-side close event to the logging pipeline once per retry attempt] and fixed in the same release. The audit log now records exactly one entry per terminal order state.
These are the failures that hit your funded account, and they're the ones that should determine whether anyone trusts us with execution. I'm not going to attribute any of them to your configuration. the retry-and-duplicate chain you described was ours end to end. Your bug report is what drove the work, and it should have driven a response from us long before it drove a review.
On the access loss: the mechanism was an upgrade-related restructure rather than a termination, but the customer-facing reality you described — silent loss of access during active trading, no notification, outstanding technical queries unanswered — is accurate, and the failure to communicate during that window was ours.
On one factual point in your update I do need to push back: the refund and complimentary month were offered as goodwill for the friction you experienced, not in exchange for removing this review. I understand how the exchange could have been read that way and I take responsibility for not writing it more clearly, but the offer wasn't conditional on the review then and isn't now. I'm not asking you to remove or update it, and there's no offer attached to this reply.
