I tried to us their middelman service but no luck. I tried to get the service working, I also opened a support ticket, tried everything they recommended but still, did not get it to work. The log entries are not clear enough for You to troubleshoot on Your own and the support often takes days to respond. After a month of trying, I told to support that I want my money back as the problems were not solved. This activated the support and i was promised that the service will be running in less than 24 hours. Now, after couple of weeks the support doesn't even reply. I advise people not to order any services from Copygram. You will loose Your money.

The UI is very good and helps to understand things without any help, and support is always there to assist.

Thanks copygram to make life easy, i was stucked with EA and every time it stucked after two three days, then they have moved everything to cloud and now everything is smooth and no need to do anything everything works without any intervention

WORSE APP EVER. i have bought the pro subscription and ever since day one i faced nothing but glitches. İt doesn't read tp, nor sl, it doesn't even read entry prices. U text them they tell u oh well escalate it and they don't do shit. They ruined my life

This copier is a game changer in my trading journey with his low latency compared to all the others I used before. It is doing an excellent work on my trades.And I would like to mention that they also provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend it

Horrible support and service. It took two months to tell me they would fix an issue, only for it still not to be fixed, and they refused to issue a refund. Incredibly buggy and frustrating experience overall. Do not waste your money and especially your time.

I am using this application from last 6 month and it is ehancing day by day they are adding new broker and changed platfrom UI to make it more good, support is very friendly
