I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I ordered the case on March 14, 2017. Today is April 14, 2017. I still have not received the item; it is still in China. I am considering canceling the order. I have ordered a case (from another company) and received it three days later.

Dear Carolyn Greenwood, Our order tracking information shows that your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse on 14th March with tracking ID LT947415795CN. Based on the tracking info available at https://track.aftership.com/LT947415795CN?i=%2520 it looks like it hasn't successfully arrived to your delivery address. Unfortunately since so much time has passed without delivery, at this point we suspect your parcel was probably lost. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation and any inconvenience this may have caused. We send several hundred shipments daily and lost packages are a rare occurrence, but these mishaps still happen. Regardless, we take full responsibility for this issue. As a resolution,I have gone ahead and issued a full refund on your order. I have also contacted you directly to try and resolve this issue fully.
